Option 1: Measure an existing ring

Use this method if you already have a ring that fits well.

Measure the inside diameter of your ring at the widest point.

Option 2: Paper ring

Use this Method if you do not have a ring to measure.

Wrap a strip of paper around your finger, make sure the paper is not too tight.

Mark the paper where it overlaps.

Measure the marked paper length against a ruler to read what will be the inner circumference of the ring.
